We are looking for a hands-on, experienced Property Manager, ideally with trade skills, to support our ACG Strathallan campus. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities including maintenance, safety compliance, and contractor management. This versatile role is due to commence from December 2024.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for and/or undertake basic maintenance tasks in respect of buildings, grounds and school equipment.Carry out all regular compliance inspections as required by Building Warrant of Fitness.Responsibility for purchase, repairs and maintenance of furniture, fittings and equipment.Supervise and liaise with contractors to ensure that grounds and sports fields are maintained.Oversight of the cleaning contracts.Oversee campus security and security procedures, including security staff, keys, alarm system, gates, etc.Ensure OSH systems are implemented effectively and any risks that may be identified are reported to the Principal.Ensure efficient and cost-effective use of all utilities.Have good working relationships with teachers and support staff.THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:Previous experience in a similar role.General Building and Grounds maintenance skills.Good understanding of Facilities Health and Safety requirements.Well organized with ability to meet deadlines and juggle multiple tasks.Some heavy lifting and strenuous work involved, so must be physically fit.First Aid certificate preferred, however not essential.SAFEGUARDING STATEMENTInspired Education Group is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff, volunteers and other third parties to share this commitment.
