Property Manager

In order to be considered for the role we are looking for people who have:

Previous Property Management experience
Clean driver's license
Great time management skills
Proficiency in Palace PMS, TPS and Tapi (preferred)


The role entails:

Inspecting properties
Handling maintenance requests
Landlord and Tenant liaison
The ability to time manage and carry out work in an efficient manner is vital
Duty of care and striving to do well are two main characteristics we are looking for
Letting responsibilities which involve meeting prospective tenants and processing applications completion through to the tenancy agreement stage
Flexible working hours to meet job requirements
