This role performs end-to-end Property Management services for the various assets. As an experienced commercial Property Manager, you'll be well versed in feeding into and delivering on your various property budgets, as well as being financially savvy and setting, managing, and delivering on annual OPEX budgets and managing and tracking CAPEX projects and expenditure. You're adept at building exceptional relationships with tenants and leasing agents as well as partnering with our internal Facilities Managers to deliver capital expenditure projects.ELIGIBILITYIn addition to 3-5+ years' commercial property management experience, you're skilled at building stakeholder rapport, with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer service ethic. You have strong business and financial acumen, advanced MS Excel skills, and experience with complex financial models.
