Our Property Manager/Caretaker performs a key role in proactively managing the safety, presentation, maintenance and general condition of the buildings, facilities, grounds, garden and environment at Christchurch Girls' High School | Te Kura o Hine Waiora.The ideal candidate will be a trusted, reliable and self-motivated individual who has the skills and attributes to play an integral role in ensuring our property, equipment and grounds are maintained to the highest standard.This is a permanent position of 40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.
