Proven marketing initiatives and training is in place.Simply put, this is a very exciting company to work for and a rewarding career.Responsibilities:The overall responsibility and management of a portfolio of residential properties.Bringing on new business forms a big part of this role initially.Liaising with owners in a highly efficient, effective and professional manner.Working with contractors to organize maintenance jobs on properties.Working in an established team.Completing detailed inspections of properties and reporting back to owners.Responsibility of ensuring full occupancy for all properties in your portfolio.Letting of vacant properties.Tribunal and insurance work.Please note, this is a part-time role (25-30 hours per week) with the potential to turn into full-time.We are looking for a high caliber individual; experience in property management is preferred, however, it is not essential as full training is provided.Being highly competent and computer literate is important, but not as important as being a highly effective communicator.Please send all CV's with covering letter and driver's licence to ****** for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
