Property Manager/ Associate Property ManagerTo support our recent growth, we are looking for a bright and outgoing Property Manager/ Associate Property Manager to join our expanding Property Management Team in Royal Oak.The successful candidate is likely to be a well-spoken, team player who is well presented, pleasant, and well mannered. Currently, we are managing nearly a thousand residential properties around Auckland. The company has been running for more than 15 years and our whole professional management team consists of around 10 staff. Please find more about our company on our website: www.gralin.co.nz.THE ROLEYou will be working in a fast-paced and demanding environment dealing with landlords, tenants, and contractors. You must be a strong and resilient character who is a confident communicator with the ability to resolve issues effectively within a timely manner, all while delivering exceptional levels of customer service.The individual will have:A relevant NZ diploma or higher qualification in property management/management or relevant business qualification.Relevant work experience in customer service or management.Experience of working in a busy office environment.Strong time management skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines.The ability to work under pressure.Proven customer service skills.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work on own initiative.KEY SKILLSAnswer general queries relating to property throughout the tenancy.Address incoming mail.Maintain accurate records of all communication and correspondence.Fluent in English and Chinese.Self-motivated, energetic person with a positive attitude. Similar work experience is preferred but a keen-to-learn attitude is important.
