You must be a strong and resilient character who is a confident communicator with the ability to resolve issues effectively within a timely manner, all while delivering exceptional levels of customer service.The individual will have:A relevant NZ diploma or higher qualification in property management/management or relevant business qualification.Relevant work experience in customer service or management.Experience of working in a busy office environment.Strong time management skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines.The ability to work under pressure.Proven customer service skills.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work on own initiative.KEY SKILLSAnswer general queries relating to property throughout the tenancy.Address incoming mail.Maintain accurate records of all communication and correspondence.Fluent in English and Chinese.Self-motivated, energetic person with a positive attitude. Similar work experience is preferred but a keen-to-learn attitude is important.
