Property Management and Projects Manager - Wellington - New Zealand Red Cross
This role is responsible for the management of leased, leasehold, and owned properties across New Zealand. The successful candidate will provide decisive leadership and project manage property change initiatives to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the needs of stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of commercial property management, strong project and change management experience, excellent service skills, and a good understanding of the commercial property market in New Zealand.
In this role, you will:

Provide leadership and management of property assets across New Zealand.
Project manage the delivery of property change initiatives.
Provide reporting on key property matters to the Director Finance and Commercial.
Monitor property project progress and resolve issues.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
