Harcourts Tauranga is a locally owned and operated business seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Property Management Administrator / Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established company and support our Property Management team in delivering outstanding service to our clients.
About the Role
As a Property Management Administrator / Assistant, no two days will be the same! From providing top-notch admin support to our Property Managers to getting out and about with property viewings and routine inspections, you'll be a vital part of the team. You'll take charge of ingoing inspections, help ensure compliance with property management regulations and other governing acts, and lend a hand wherever it's needed to keep things running smoothly. If you love variety and thrive in a busy environment, this is the role for you!
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, with strong multitasking skills, a keen eye for detail, and a good level of initiative. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with a proactive approach and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required, and the ability to quickly learn property management software would be beneficial. While experience in administration or property management is preferred, it is not essential. Most importantly, we're looking for someone with a positive attitude, a commitment to exceptional customer service, and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
