Property Maintenance Person

Hours of Work: Part time, approx 25 hours per week
About the Role: Ensure the facility and grounds are well maintained and presented. Manage external contractors. Undertake minor carpentry, painting and redecorating tasks. Ability to build rapport with elderly residents when required.
