Job Description About the roleAs a Property Lease and Facilities Management Administrator, you will play a key role in managing property leases and sub-leases for Surgeons, Doctors, and Specialists at our sites.
This includes preparing leases, conducting lease reviews, and providing general property support and advice for various projects.You will maintain comprehensive lease records and contribute to the development and implementation of effective property management strategies.Your support will extend across the Evolution Group, ensuring proactive information and advice on lease reviews, renewals, and updates.In this role, you will be responsible for negotiating leases and licenses, maintaining an accurate property portfolio database, and managing tenant inquiries.
You will support CEOs by identifying suitable premises and coordinating lease activities, ensuring rents and fees are charged at market rates.
Additionally, you will handle facilities management tasks, including maintenance, compliance inspections, and vendor relationships.
This is a permanent position, 80 hours per fortnight, located at our Corporate Offices in Wellington.
Desired Skills and Experience About youWe are looking for someone with relevant tertiary qualifications (preferably related to the health industry) and previous experience in property or commercial property management.
