Key Responsibilities: Engage positively and proactively with team members, tenants, landlords, and contractors. Conduct thorough property inspections and take necessary actions to maintain our high service standards. Prepare all necessary paperwork to ensure quality inspections. Communicate effectively with all parties regarding any issues identified during inspections. Uphold a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions. Work towards achieving Rentlink's performance targets while maintaining the quality of the environment, property, and services provided.
