Property & Finance Office Manager

Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with a strong understanding of property management principles? If so, we want to hear from you!

My client is seeking a skilled and motivated property and finance specialist to join our team on a six-month fixed-term basis. This exciting opportunity will provide you with the chance to make a real impact during a period of growth and expansion.

In this role, you will:

Develop and implement strategies to optimise revenue generation across diverse property portfolios, ensuring the highest possible returns from assets.
Scrutinise expenses, negotiate favourable supplier agreements, and identify cost-saving opportunities to ensure optimal value for money.
Drive Debt Recovery by implementing effective strategies to proactively manage tenant arrears, fostering positive relationships and achieving timely payments.
Oversee lease agreements, rent reviews, renewals, and maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance and optimal outcomes for all stakeholders.
Monitor property maintenance and repair costs.
Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders, including the finance team.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in property and facilities management as well as being a customer-centric individual who enjoys speaking with tenants over the phone. In addition to this you will have:

Strong understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
A comprehensive understanding of property regulations, laws, and industry best practices.
Exceptional Tenant Relationship Management. Experience in building and maintaining constructive relationships with tenants, effectively managing debt and arrears.
Experience managing lease agreements, rent reviews, renewals, and ensuring accurate documentation.
Strong debt management and billings experience.
Effective communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
