About the Role - Kaiawhina Public Housing Coordinator
Te Runanga o Kirikiriroa is looking for a passionate and dedicated Public Housing Coordinator to join their Korowai Manaaki Team. Korowai Manaaki is a housing service that provides support to whanaunga by facilitating the transition of referred whanaunga through a temporary housing placement into permanent housing, including whanau plans that support future housing aspirations and ongoing wellbeing and needs.

Overseeing and managing daily operations of the property portfolio.Handle any complaints or issues from tenants regarding the property,Carry out property inspections, manage exits and ensure that the property is legally compliantKeep and maintain records and regular reports.
