Job Description:
Summerset Dunedin are looking for an experienced Property Assistant to join the property team at our vibrant village!

About the Role:
In this role, you will assist the Property Manager with all aspects of property maintenance at our village. Our ideal candidate will be passionate about their work, enjoy working in a team and take considerable pride in the standard of their work.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with the overall property and gardening maintenance and presentation

Ensuring that the look and feel of the Village meets the high standards that Summerset demands

This is a permanent, full-time role, working Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week between the hours of 8.00am and 4.30pm.

Qualifications:
About You:
You will be a self-motivated professional who is handy with tools and describes themselves as a people person. You will have the ability to carry out a variety of property and gardening tasks. To be successful you will bring:

DIY and maintenance experience

Great organizational skills and efficiency

Ability to work unsupervised

Valid driver's license
