Property and Facilities Manager Auckland Based private property Owner and Developer located in the heart of the CBD Seeking a highly motivated team player to join our small team of four in the management of our commercial property portfolio servicing a wide range of tenant mixes from commercial to retail to Food and Beverage You will be responsible for Management of a number of buildings and the mechanical services contained therein Tenant Liaison and customer service Subcontractor management ensuring service delivery Manage and coordinate maintenance planning and programming for prescribed maintenance services and activities Carry out site inspections with emphasis on Health and Safety compliance requirements and associated reporting and controls Regulatory compliance activities and reporting Special project work to assure maximum efficiency and operation of the Property and wider business unit The Ideal candidate 2 years in a property building or facilities management role or related industry Ability to operate unsupervised taking responsibility for the properties within your portfolio Ability to manage key stake holder relationships both internal and external Proven track record at working within a team environment Selfmotivated and results focused Core competencies in systems usage and adoption of technologies with a wider understanding of building technical services Demonstrated project management skills with sound ability to participate in the establishment then operation of annual property budgets Working as part of the Property and Facilities management team this is an excellent opportunity to join at a junior to intermediate level and continue to develop and enhance the skills you will have already developed You will be exposed to many aspects in the day to day operation of your property portfolio working in a company that values employee contribution and teamwork individual results attainment and in particular ones individual drive to attain personal and professional goals We as the employer place high emphasis on the training and development of all our team members
