Property And Facilities Supervisor

Waimairi-iri Burnside High School, a well respected and successful school of 2400 students, is seeking a motivated and energetic person with a broad range of skills to join our property team as Property and Facilities Supervisor.
The school has an extensive campus and has commenced a comprehensive building modernisation programme.
This is a permanent, full-time (52 week, 40 hours per week) role.
You will be working closely with the grounds and property team to support the property and facilities manager in ensuring the school's environment is safe, clean, tidy and welcoming to the school community.
Key aspects of the role include school security, minor maintenance, hire of school facilities and roles to support daily operations of the property team.
As this is a key role, it is anticipated that applicants will have experience in facility maintenance or other related property management roles.
Applicants should be able to demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills, along with being a motivated team player.
Remuneration will be in line with the current School Caretakers', Cleaners', Canteen and Ground Staff Collective Agreement ******** .
Police clearance will be undertaken.
To be eligible for this role, applicants must meet the requirements to work in New Zealand.
