In this role, you will assist with the coordination of property and development projects, ensuring smooth communication, tracking of budgets, and updating of project registers. You'll also be responsible for organising meetings, minute taking, maintaining project documentation, and assisting with procurement processes.You'll work closely with the Property and Development Manager, helping manage property assets, delivering minor projects, and ensuring all financial and administrative processes are in place. Your contribution will help maintain efficiency across the team, supporting critical council projects and ensuring we meet our objectives.WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR - KEI TE KIMI MATOU I TENEI MOMO TANGATAWe're seeking an experienced administrator with at least three years of relevant experience, ideally in a property or project-focused environment. You'll need to be highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks, and have excellent attention to detail. Experience in supporting project delivery, financial management, and document control will be an asset.Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you'll be coordinating with various team members and external stakeholders. The ability to follow processes, meet deadlines, and contribute to continuous improvement is key to this role.
