Job Description We have a great opportunity for an experienced Property Accountant to join our Occupier Services team in our world-class, waterfront Auckland CBD office.
We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy professional to deliver accounting services that are included in client management contracts.
The value you'll add
Oversee key clients' accounting functions in your assigned portfolio
Prepare annual budgets and financial statements for clients
Maintain accurate property information for your assigned portfolio
Prepare and file any statutory required returns relating to property management clients
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders
Provide mentoring and guidance to team members
Optimise processes and assist with system testing
Qualifications 3+ years' successful experience in finance
IFRS16 knowledge and experience necessary
Qualified Accountant or working towards, or relevant industry experience
