What's the opportunity?
Entec Services are looking for a motivated person with initiative and drive to fill the role of Projects Warehouse Support in our busy New Plymouth facility as part of a small team of two. If you have experience in inventory, procurement and administration with some electrical or mechanical knowledge, then we're interested in talking to you. This job will build on your warehouse, inventory and organizational skills to support a dynamic team operating in the industrial electrical and instrumentation sector.

Main areas of responsibility are:
Procurement of consumable and project specific material.
Facilities maintenance and housekeeping.
Management of company fleet of vehicles and mobile plant.
Control and issue of PPE supplies.
Maintain warehousing part system using Nimbus MRP system.
Manage company owned assets; issue, receipt, calibrate & maintain.
Inward and outward goods movements.
To be considered for this role you would need:
a full NZ drivers' license with the ability to drive a manual vehicle and trailer,
a forklift license or certificate, F endorsement would be a plus,
to be a problem solver,
to have good attention to detail and accuracy,
to be an effective communicator,
to possess good numeracy and literacy skills,
to be willing to work as part of a team,
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and
Possess an unflappable demeanor.
We operate in the heavy industrial infrastructure sector including the oil, gas and petrochemical environment. Upskilling and training are offered where relevant and full PPE will be provided. You will need a good standard of health and fitness and may be subject to regular drug & alcohol testing.
