Projects & Service Delivery Manager - Msp

Do you want to work with an Australian-based MSP who specialises in Wireless, Cyber Security and Networking?
We are partnered with a client who works with some of the biggest names in the Education, Corporate and Government industries. They are going through a growth phase and are on the lookout for a Service Delivery Manager to primarily drive process improvements, oversee the Service Desk Function, and help drive engineering projects.
Responsibilities: Focus on Process Improvement
Planning and Coordination of Service Desk
Ensure Engineering team is working towards the agreed SLA's.
Coordinating, scheduling, monitoring, and analysing company resources.
Project Scoping and Planning
Experience working in a Network Engineering MSP environment is preferable.
ITIL Certified.
Benefits: Location: Queensland (Hybrid). Out of state applications will also be considered.
Duration: Permanent Role
Start Date: ASAP (Before February)
Salary: Salary: $120,000 - $130,000
