You will lead performance improvement strategies across our operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring the success of your direct reports. Key Responsibilities Project Management: Lead end-to-end project execution, managing budgets, resources, risks, and client relationships Contract Management: Negotiate, oversee, and administer contracts, ensuring compliance and resolving disputes Team Leadership & Performance Management: Guide and mentor a team of direct reports, aligning their goals with company objectives and fostering a collaborative environment Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and promote a culture of safety across all project activities. Team Culture: Promote a positive and engaging workplace culture System Implementation: Play a crucial role in the rollout of the Simpro job management system, ensuring smooth integration and user adoption Process Improvement: Develop and implement robust processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
