Our team is passionate, driven, and dedicated to making a real difference.The roleThe Projects & Partnerships Manager is responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with Pinnacle's strategic partners. This role involves strategising to grow and leverage partnerships that enhance the company's product offerings and intermediated distribution. They ensure that these collaborations are effective, sustainable, and aligned with the company's objectives, ultimately driving mutual benefits for both parties.The role also helps the company position itself for growth, by ensuring that strategic programmes of work are well scoped, delivered and landed into the operational support. Programmes will include the development of technology and solutions, marketing and product offerings, risk and compliance requirements and any other key strategic imperatives agreed in the business plan. This role will manage key programmes of work and ensure metrics are in place to ensure deliver is of a high standard, timely and customer centric.What you'll bringWe are seeking a visionary Projects and Partnerships Manager to lead and manage key projects and cultivate strategic partnerships. This role is crucial in driving our growth and ensuring successful execution of initiatives that align with our strategic goals. Key responsibilities include:Project Leadership: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact projects, ensuring they meet objectives, timelines, and budgets.Partnership Development: Establish and manage strategic partnerships that enhance our business capabilities and market position.Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to align project goals with business strategies and foster collaborative relationships.Strategic Planning: Develop and implement project strategies that support our vision and drive organisational success.Performance Monitoring: Track project performance, measure outcomes, and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Who are wePinnacle Life are focused on providing New Zealanders with direct access to great value Life Insurance products.
