This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in the automotive industry who can provide exceptional service while keeping customer satisfaction at the forefront.Your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:Maintain records of transactions, claims, and documentation, ensuring data accuracy. Track financial and operational metrics and support process development.Collaborate with the Project Manager, technical teams, and dealers to resolve service and warranty issues.
