About the Role
As the HVAC+R Project Supervisor, you will oversee and manage HVAC+R installation and maintenance projects from start to finish. You'll lead teams, coordinate with clients, ensure compliance with industry standards, and provide technical expertise to achieve project goals on time and within budget. Schedule, direct and provide technical support for HVAC technicians to meet service demands and customers' expectations
Supervise and manage HVAC+R projects, from planning through completion. Coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to meet project specifications. Lead project teams, ensuring productivity and quality standards. Conduct quality inspections and ensure adherence to safety regulations. Troubleshoot issues, provide technical guidance, and solve on-site challenges. Prepare project reports and updates for management and clients. About You
You will have previous service experience, a comprehensive knowledge of the HVAC Industry and a strong skill set in building rapport with staff and customers.
Proven experience in HVAC+R installation, repair, and project supervision. Strong understanding of HVAC+R systems, components, and regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and deadlines. Relevant certifications (e.g., EST registration, HVAC+R L4 qualification) preferred. How to Apply
