You will be responsible for collaborating with programme managers, project managers, and engineers to develop and maintain project schedules along with analysing and reporting on schedule performance across the infrastructure programme.
You will also manage the delivery of infrastructure projects within our Property & Infrastructure Project Management Office (PMO).
You'll also play a key role in financial forecasting, analysis and reporting for the infrastructure programme.What you'll bring to the role / Ko wai to PukekaYou will be a motivated and innovative professional with a minimum of 4 years' experience delivering capital infrastructure projects, ideally in client-side project management roles for local or central government.
Experience as an Engineer's Representative under NZS 3910 is highly regarded.
You'll be proficient with scheduling tools like MS Project or Primavera and have strong data analysis and professional writing abilities.To best succeed in this role, you'll have:Relevant bachelor's degree qualification – a STEM degree is strongly preferred.Project Management qualification or specific Tertiary training (e.g.
PMBOK, PRINCE2 Practitioner, Masters degree).Training and expertise in the use of scheduling software such as MS Project and Primavera.Knowledge and experience with the application of project management methodologies (e.g.
