The RoleJoining an experienced team, you will work end to end on projects from estimating and tendering commercial construction work and on to the planning, procurement, reporting, and contract administration through to final account. This will range from interior fit-outs and commercial-grade extensions to larger new builds. There could be the opportunity to support a Senior QS on a major project about to start in a regional location. The office is friendly, social, and part of a wider construction business which enjoys a stable team and enjoys long-term relationships built on integrity and project success. The ExperienceRelated qualifications and around 3 to 5 years Quantity Surveying experience with good knowledge of NZ3910. Commercial-grade construction experience including good knowledge of concrete and carpentry trades. Proven team player with a commitment to quality and excellent communication skills.
