About the opportunityIf you are looking for interesting and meaningful work with great development opportunities over time, look no further!As part of our team of Project/Programme Coordinators, based in our Wellington office, you'll provide end-to-end support services to investigation Project Managers, working in partnership to deliver successful projects.You'll connect information and tasks and provide insights about our customers to enable smooth delivery of our capital programme. Plus, you'll work closely with relevant National Delivery Managers on their portfolio of projects to ensure a good understanding of tools and processes to give visibility and help drive performance.You'll enjoy a variety of tasks including:Being the point-of-contact for project support and informationEnd-to-end financial management support, including forecasting, invoicing, accruals, and variancesMonitoring and analysis of reports and metrics to help manage projects and improve qualityProactively identifying and driving continuous business improvementAs someone who loves the buzz that comes from working in a fast-paced environment, you'll be able to put your excellent time management skills to the test.
