Queenstown Solar – Queenstown, South IslandProject Planner & CoordinatorThe role involves planning and administration of projects and contracts, including ongoing service and support to our clients.Queenstown Solar is a growing solar installation company based in the beautiful mountain town of Queenstown in the South Island of New Zealand. We're looking to onboard a Project Planner & Coordinator to join our team of expert solar & battery system designers and installers here in Queenstown.We maintain a positive and supportive atmosphere for our whole team and will encourage growth and personal development for everyone working with us.The role involves planning and administration of projects and contracts, including ongoing service and support to our clients. Due to the nature of our service, this can be outside of normal business hours of operation.The role requires the successful candidate to be available/on-call during the evenings and weekends, sharing this responsibility with the line manager.If you feel you are the right person for the role, we look forward to hearing from you.Duties and Responsibilities:Project coordination and planning of projects from beginning of the contract to completion.Applying for network consents, retail metering, and system electrical inspections.Be available to service clients/systems outside of normal business hours, including evenings and weekends.Support and service clients/systems after commissioning of system installation.Advise line manager of project progress and running costs.Monitor and assess project costs and advise on system adjustments.Invoicing and reporting to accounts department on a weekly basis.Tracking of stock and material, ordering and managing stock levels to facilitate project delivery.Providing documentation to industry associates.Responding to inquiries and providing solutions to contracts and systems.Qualifications:3 years of relative experience in contract and project management.Experience in management and administration of projects and programmes, including stock management and client communications.Enthusiasm for renewable energies.Experience in communicating with clients, project managers, and customers.Website/Wordpress coding and maintenance experience.Flexibility of working hours, being available on-call during evenings and weekends.Full clean driving licence.Supporting marketing departments with website maintenance/upkeep and providing social media content on a weekly basis.Coordinating with clients, architects, project managers, engineers, and customers.Providing solutions and support to renewable energy systems.Remuneration Package:40 hours per week - Monday to Friday with the potential of evening and weekend on-call work depending on business demands.$30.00 per hour.The Employee's primary place of work shall be in Queenstown, Otago.
