We aim to build enduring project management capability and drive delivery improvements to make us a sector leader in delivery excellence.Your RoleAs a Project Manager, you will lead or contribute to the delivery of large-scale or small capital transport projects. You will collaborate and engage across NZTA Waka Kotahi, Iwi, local authorities, and stakeholders to ensure effective project management and optimal outcomes.What We're Looking ForEnd-to-End project management experience with proven delivery of infrastructure projects, including programme, financial, and risk management activities.An innovative, collaborative mindset and approach to project delivery.Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with key partners and stakeholders across public and private sectors.Understanding of NZS3910/3916 general conditions within the civil engineering industry.A genuine interest in building on or developing an understanding of Te Ao Maori and promoting tikanga and Te Reo Maori.About YouYou'll bring technical design, delivery, and contract experience, but what's most important to us is how you work with people – our team, customers, and stakeholders.
