The Job We are looking for experienced Project Managers with residential, commercial and/or high-end architectural experience and capable of running multiple projects at a time.
You will enjoy working on a variety of projects from community focused work to architecturally designed homes and medium to large scale commercial builds.
Our Project Managers are an integral part of the construction team, with each person taking responsibility for overseeing, managing and reporting on the progress of their individual projects.
As a Project Manager at Breen you will be responsible for carrying out the management, planning, implementation, reporting and checking on all on-site construction personnel and activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget without compromising quality.
You will require experience and skills in managing health & safety, client relationships, construction methodology, program planning, contract administration and overseeing site management.
What you'll need to succeed A minimum of 5 years previous experience in construction with direct experience in residential project management An analytical and logical approach to organizing and carrying out your work Good oral and written communication skills Personal drive, initiative and a natural curiosity to understand and solve problems Strong understanding of H&S at Work Act Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings and good numeracy Ability to work as part of a team, but confident when working independently and unsupervised Strong computer skills including MS Project, experience with Procore preferred Ability to build relationships both internally and externally with suppliers, subcontractors and clients We offer you Great supportive team within a company that has a genuinely people-focused culture We will invest in your growth, value your contribution and nurture your personal and professional development Competitive remuneration package Health insurance and service bonuses Regular company functions and social events, including an active social club If this sounds like the opportunity for you, submit your CV along with your cover letter to ****** It is a requirement that you must have a valid work visa to apply for this role.
