Responsibilities: - Inspect and assess gib fixing work to ensure it meets quality standards before stopping - Apply knowledge of gib stopping best practices and techniques - Properly prepare surfaces and materials prior to gib stopping - Mix compounds and apply tape, compounds and finish coats as required - Sand, finish and texture surfaces to achieve smooth, high-quality finishes - Maintain clean and tidy work area, equipment and tools - Follow health and safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of experience in gib stopping - Solid understanding of gib fixing and ability to identify any issues before stopping - Proficiency in gib stopping techniques and ability to achieve high-end finishes - Physically fit and able to work on ladders and platforms for extended periods - Reliable, punctual and able to work independently as well as in a team - Own vehicle and valid driver's license Location: Auckland Hours: Full-time, permanent, 40 hours per week Pay Rate: $30-35 per hour Painters We are seeking skilled Painters for high-end residential painting projects. Responsibilities: - Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, filling holes/cracks, masking etc. - Apply primers, sealers, undercoats and finish coats using various methods - Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired shades and consistencies - Achieve high-quality level 4 and 5 finishes on walls and ceilings - Apply decorative finishes and effects as required - Perform touch-ups and corrections to ensure excellent final results - Clean up job site, materials and equipment at end of each day - Strictly follow all health and safety procedures Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of professional painting experience - Solid knowledge of surface preparation and painting techniques - Demonstrated ability to achieve level 4 and 5 finishes to a high standard - Proficiency with airless sprayers, paint mixers, ladders, scaffolding etc. - Good communication skills and professional attitude - Physically fit with a great eye for detail and color - Full driver's license and own reliable transport Location: Auckland (various sites) Hours: Full-time, permanent, 40 hours per week Pay Rate: $30-35 per hour All roles are paid monthly.
