What you will do:Performs conventional, less complex project engineering assignments that involve working with project/program management and the technical disciplines in order to ensure the effective and efficient management and delivery of engineering related projects.How you will do it:Provides leadership, guidance and support to Traffic contracting operations in SingaporeIn charge of Traffic projects ranging from medium to large & complex installation and retrofit projects as a team leader.Full ownership and accountability of performance (Budget and Schedule) of assigned projectsManage and coordinate allocated projects to ensure they are delivered within scope, on time and on budgetMain point of contact for main contract responsibilityResponsible for liaising with suppliers and contractors for project mattersCoordinate site installation requests, receive instructions and attend meetings with ClientAttends all meetings with the stakeholdersSubmits daily and monthly progress reports to ClientEnsures all works are carried out in compliance with the approved works program and approved methodologyManages relationship with Client, contractors, and suppliersScheduling and overseeing all project-related work by managing a teamCoordinating with project team and system engineers for front end and backend related works.Ensuring that all installation operations are done in accordance with project plan schedule and EHS guidelinesPrepare incident reports in case of any accident or incident for installation workForecasting and ensuring sufficient spare inventoryDeveloping and implementing a (proactive) project programLooking for new ways/tools/assets to improve productivity and cut costsTake care of P&L with managementManage UBR with ManagementIn collaboration with the Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Legal, Logistics, Sales & Commercial, Global Products teams, drives the operational & functional excellence with capabilities building to achieve business goals & targets.What we look for:Degree, Diploma with minimum 8 years' experience in lieu in BMS/BAS/Controls fieldwith minimum 3 years of supervisory experienceExcel, Word and Project essentialRequire interaction with clients, consultants and sub-contractors, etc.Strong knowledge of Project Management in Traffic operations and maintenance or Controls/Building automation industry.Proven track record in delivering the strong results with strong accountability and say/doExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, both internally and dealing with external customers and stakeholders
