This Managed Services group works directly and closely with customers to understand customer requirements, translate them into deliverables and works across all the telecommunication and networking technology domains to lead, develop, and deliver on-time results to our customers.
You will be part of a top-notch extreme automation team whose vision is to building/enhancing automation product(s) and delivering automation solutions that would allow customer network operations teams to optimize and improve costs across multiple telecommunication/networking domains.
Complete accountability, attitude to work in a team, good documentation skills, good communication skills towards customer and internal teams are equally important to technical background.
Work with agile spirit where everyone contributes to the team success Work with tools such Jira, Sharepoint, Confluence to work with people and get things done Plan, organize, lead, and manage release management from its decision to invest all the way to its completion Lead program with focus of satisfying and building a trusting relationship with internal and external customers Provide detailed plans according to Nokia Lifecycle process and milestones, finding balance between business requirements, content, schedule, quality and resources Perform escalation management for projects when out of bounds or critical issues arise and lead recovery plans and actions Drive the Agile release trains since the creation until the continuous improvement phase, following the SAFe guidelines and tailoring them when necessary Follow Information Security policies and guidelines including ISMS (ISO27001 program) Your skills and experience
You have:
E2E program management experience in delivering software - program planning, starting with release creation in cooperation with product manager, scrum masters and other stakeholders to define release content and ensure key project variables - i.e. resources, schedule, risk management - are acceptable Program Management experience .
