Join a transformative programme that is modernizing emergency services communication networks.The RoleAlthough officially titled a Logistics Lead, it has strong Project Management elements where you'll play a critical role in delivering a nationwide upgrade to frontline communication systems.You'll lead and manage station logistics, ensuring smooth transitions to the new Public Safety Network (PSN). This position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a project that will support and enhance the vital work of emergency services.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate station audits, logistics planning, and build preparations.Oversee project budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver station builds on schedule.Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards throughout the process.Track key milestones, dependencies, and deliverables, reporting progress to project managers.Identify risks and issues, working proactively to implement mitigation strategies.Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment across all parties.What We're Looking ForAt least 5 years' experience in logistics management, with a focus on complex delivery operations and project management.Experience with portfolio, programme and project control solutions for planning, scheduling, and tracking, including setting up project files, compiling, and distributing reports.Familiarity with safety and regulatory standards in logistics and transportation.Expertise with telecommunication and radio networks is highly preferred.Experience in large-scale, multi-stakeholder programmes.Proficiency in MS Office and project tracking tools.How to ApplyIf you're ready to take on a career-defining challenge, apply now!
