The role will work to initiate and facilitateprojects from start to completion, working to problem solve where needed tocomplete work.
This will includeengaging with the appropriate stakeholders for each project, when and where isneeded and communicating well to them along the way.
In addition, reporting onprogress and outputs will be critical for a range of audiences including tokaimahi and senior management.
Mou | About youThe ideal candidate is an experienced projectmanager with 5 years managing projects, ideally within the tertiary educationor aligned sectors.
You would have experience working in kaupapa Maori settingsand with a wide range of stakeholders and customers at different levels of anorganization.
You will also ideally bring with you:Provenorganisational planning and / or project delivery experience Advancednegotiating and influencing skills Demonstratedanalysis and problem-solving skills Advanced reportwriting skills Workingunderstanding of risk management processes Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills Soundadministrative and coordination skills Intermediatenegotiating and influencing skills As a kaupapa Maoriorganisation, your willingness to participate in cultural activities anddevelop an understanding of Ahuatanga Maori will be key.Tonoa i tenei ra!
