About the role:Selwyn District Council has a new Project Manager role to join our Strategy and Policy Team. Your key responsibilities will be to ensure the teams projects, are delivered, within budget and on time. As the Project Manager Strategy Delivery, you will drive us towards the successful delivery of multiple projects within our group, in line with our project delivery framework.You'll be responsible for:Leading the development of and maintaining our project plans.Record and monitor risks, issues, decisions, and interdependencies.Manage budget and purchase order tracking related to the projects.Planning engagement with internal and external stakeholders required to achieve the project outcomes. Schedule and coordinate project steering groups. This will include producing relevant supporting reports and updates.About you:As the Project Manager Strategy Delivery you have 3 years project management experience, ideally in strategy delivery. You will be an effective self-starter who is focused on providing solutions and outcomes that are in line with best practice.
