Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the long-term $250 million residential construction project, from planning through to completion.
- Manage and coordinate resource and building consent applications with local councils.
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure all construction activities align with council regulations and timelines.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Regularly report on project milestones, risks, and council approval status to key stakeholders.
- Implement best practices in compliance and regulatory adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements: -At least 5-year proven experience in project management within the residential construction industry, preferably with large-scale projects.
- Extensive knowledge of resource and building consent processes and local council regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively interact and negotiate with various stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field are preferred.
