Current projects include hospitals, schools, and new commercial property builds with a solid pipeline of projects.This role reports directly to the Operations Manager.Operating out of a modern office space in Dunedin, this company has continued to grow, and is a leading company in the Dunedin market.Job OverviewIn this key Project Manager role, you will:Oversee multiple projects from start to finishSupport the pricing and tendering processesCoordinate the team, external suppliers, and clientsEnsure all milestones are met and quality is maintainedIn this role, you will lead the team to ensure deadlines are met on time and on budget. You will be the key point of contact for all project communications, including legal and safety compliance, liaising with staff, subcontractors, and vendors.Your skill set will include a high level of financial management, and the ability to deliver accurate and timely project status reporting.Requirements:Strong Project Management experience in New Zealand Plumbing/HVAC sectorQualified and registered with the appropriate regulatory bodyWell-developed applied knowledge of New Zealand industry codesEffective leadership, communication, and negotiation skillsKnowledge of relevant software – ideally has experience with MS ProjectCurrent NZ driver's licenseThe benefits:Very competitive remuneration packageCareer opportunity with a highly successful businessAn opportunity to work for a leading company on significant projectsTo Apply:Click the APPLY BUTTON and attach your CV and brief cover letter.
