The Role
As a Project Manager specializing in Utilities/Pavement contracts, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of projects within the Auckland market. From initial planning stages to project completion, you will ensure that all aspects of the project are managed efficiently, safely, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as a deep understanding of the Utilities and Pavement methodologies. This role will see you taking ownership of the client relationship and being a mentor to your team of engineers and field staff.

The Ideal Candidate
- Qualification in Civil engineering, construction management or related field. - - Minimum 5 years experience working within the New Zealand civil construction space.
- Strong understanding of NZ contractual and health and safety standards.
- Great communicator; written and verbal with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Natural and driven leader with a high standard of success.
