Our tools are used by some of the world's largest organisations to enable reuse, reassembly and multiformat consumption of mission critical content. Our Docuvera platform enables the transformation of how our customers create and manage their content, leveraging a component first approach where content is broken down, easily assembled into documents, and reused across their organisation.
Docuvera's focus is solving the problem of inefficiency in creating and updating documentation through the drug development lifecycle for biopharma for large global Life Science customers.
ASC was established in 2000, we are currently headquartered in Wellington, New Zealand. Our global team are located across New Zealand, the Philippines, and the United States, working within Technology, Product, Quality, Customer Success, Marketing, Sales, Finance and People Experience teams.
The part you'll play
As a highly organized and proactive Project Manager reporting to the Senior Technical Lead for Integrations (STLI), you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing integration projects for our Docuvera product. Your duties will include planning projects to the appropriate level required, setting schedules for all stakeholders, and serving as the primary point of contact for project support for third parties.
You will work closely with and receive support from the STLI and CTO to ensure projects align with company standards and strategic goals. You will collaborate with internal cross-functional teams, external partners, vendors, and customers across the globe, including New Zealand, the United States, Europe, and Asia. Given the international scope of our projects, flexibility in adjusting your working hours to effectively collaborate with stakeholders in different time zones is essential for ensuring successful project delivery, adherence to timelines, and alignment with business objectives.
What you'll bring to the role

You will have this experience and knowledge
3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
Competence in using software applications in Windows and web-based environments.
Familiarity with a broad variety of software products, such as Atlassian (Jira, Trello, and Confluence), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), and project management software (Katana).
You will have refined these skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to answer complex project queries in simple, easy to understand language.
Good attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Professional in time and task management, particularly in a very agile and fast-paced work environment.
Resiliency, as change comes with the territory in a scale up tech environment. The ability to think outside the box and focus on solutions.
A positive attitude and strong EQ to build and maintain a great connection with your team members across the business.

You'll have these certifications or qualifications
Ideally have a Bachelor's degree in any engineering field, software engineering or similar and/or certification in project management (e.g. PMP or Prince2) is a plus.
