Due to the large scope of work, they are looking for a Project Manager to join their team on a full-time basis.
Your new role You will work closely with the construction team and key project stakeholders managing the project from commencement through to completion.
It is ideal for you to have a good understanding of New Zealand construction methods.
You will also be hands-on and enjoy mentoring junior staff to ensure skill development.
What you'll need to succeed 5 to 7 years' local commercial construction experience.
Previous Management experience and running several site crews.
Sound knowledge of the New Zealand Building code and standards.
