We operate with flexibility and have created a friendly, caring and family feel workplace.As an IT Cloud Project Manager at DDS IT, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire project lifecycle relating to Cloud migration and modernisation, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction. Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams is key to achieving project goals within budget and scope.Some Key Responsibilities include:Project Planning and Initiation:Work closely with sales and pre-sales teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and client expectations.Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.Project Execution and Control:Lead and manage project teams, ensuring clear communication, coordination, and collaboration among team members.Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and take corrective actions to ensure project objectives are met.Stakeholder Management:Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates on project progress, risks, and milestones.Quality Assurance and Documentation:Ensure project deliverables meet defined quality standards and client requirements.Implement project management best practices, methodologies, and tools to drive efficiency and consistency.Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, change requests, and lessons learned.Monitor project budgets, expenses, and resource utilization, ensuring projects are delivered within approved financial parameters.Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely project billing and invoicing.Identify opportunities for process improvements and share best practices with the project management team.Foster a culture of learning and knowledge sharing, promoting professional growth and development.A bit about youWe are seeking an experienced IT Cloud Project Manager with:Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.Proven experience in project management, preferably within Managed Services, Professional Services, Platform Services, or Cloud Services.Project management experience in Cloud Migration or Modernization.Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Agile Practitioner) is preferred.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on collaboration and building positive relationships.Talk to us NOW:If you possess these qualifications and are eager to take on a challenging and rewarding role as an IT Cloud Project Manager in our dynamic organization, we encourage you to apply now and be part of our success story.People are at the heart of DDS IT.
