Join us as a Project Manager to lead and drive our high performing team based in Wellington. This is a key role for our region, as you will manage and lead project delivery of various projects across our contracting business.
You will ensure the profitable, compliant and efficient delivery of work.

You will be responsible for: Safe delivery of a project to budget and on time, reporting and mitigating project risks to deliver a successful project for ourselves along our project partners. Financial forecasting, planning, reporting. Technical oversight of the project, getting final sign off of methodology and planning, including programming. Preparing specific programmes to ensure that construction dates and milestones are achieved. Managing key stakeholder engagement, maintaining customer and client relationships. We're looking for someone with: Minimum 5 years relevant construction experience (including job and project management). Holds relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent practical experience. Competent users of Word, Excel and Project. Understanding of job pricing including materials, labour and plant and associated margin/profit calculations. Familiar with NZS 3910, Construction Contracts Act, NEC Contracts, Working towards CCS training as Project Management tool.
