About this role We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing out of the Moera and Petone Neighbourhood Hub projects. You'll report to senior stakeholders and collaborate closely with technical experts to ensure successful implementation of both projects. About You The successful applicant will possess: A qualification in Project Management and 3-5 years minimum appropriate experience, preferably with a demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, ideally in the construction industry. Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines. Ability to quickly build trusted relationships with stakeholders. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels. Familiarity with project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera. Understanding of relevant regulations, codes, and standards. Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
