They are specialists in the planning, structural design, and construction of concrete foundations and slabs, servicing property developers, commercial constructors, and residential group home builders across the wider Wellington region.The OpportunityThe Project Manager is a senior role within Tidy Slabs that has been created to guarantee project execution across multiple sites, ensure an exceptional client experience, and high-quality standards.
You will be the "change maker" and work collaboratively with the senior leadership team to champion positive and impactful change across day-to-day operations.
Key responsibilities include:Quality AssurancePlanning and scheduling multiple projects simultaneouslyOrganising and management of contractorsClient liaison and sub-contractor managementHealth and SafetyTechnical problem solving on siteMentoring and motivating staff and contractorsAbout You:RequirementsWe are looking for a professional and well-organised Project Manager, Site Manager, or Builder who has the technical know-how and understanding of Residential Construction in New Zealand, with sound knowledge in the mechanics of concrete foundations and slabs.
