As a Project Manager , your focus will be to successfully deliver ESSSC projects as assigned by the management.
It requires preparing, planning, executing, and controlling all aspects of the projects either directly or through delegation with the project team.
This role is open to anyone who is willing to be based in our Wellington office.
Key Responsibilities: Responsible for the delivery of complex projects to the required quality, schedule, and budget.
Produce and maintain appropriate project management documentation.
Take lead on project planning and delivery, including communication, reports, implementation and programme block plan, schedule, control book, and meeting agendas.
Present overall status of the programme to clients on a monthly basis.
Provide regular and accurate estimates of completion costs for individual projects.
Implement risk management programs and be proactive in risk mitigation strategies on a regular basis.
Key Experience & Capabilities: Tertiary qualifications in Program or Project Management (highly desirable).
Senior Project Management experience with a minimum of 3 years managing large scale projects in the electronic security or ICT industry.
Managing mission/business critical projects will be an advantage.
Manage key interdependencies between own projects and other external factors and escalate issues early.
Strong customer relation skills with total commitment to customer satisfaction.
Recognized qualification in Project Management or Prince 2 is highly desirable.
Proven experience in project management including budget ownership/management, resource allocation, scheduling, forecasting, and planning.
