Project management focus Fast-paced, busy role Permanent, Wellington based - no remote working possible What you'll do As a Project Manager, your primary role will be to take responsibility for the planning, organising, and delivering of development projects. You will be part of the Development & Partnering Division within our Property Team reporting to our Programme Manager. Key responsibilities include supporting the delivery in any and all of the following tasks within the project lifecycle: Feasibility Recommendation Concept and detailed design Commercial governance Planning and programming Procurement Construction Review Communication Scoping, organising, and monitoring progress of project works along with control of time and money will be key to the successful completion of projects and forefront in everything you do. What you'll need To be successful, you will have the ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple projects simultaneously at various stages. Ideally, you will have had some exposure to RFP preparation and scoping out work. It's imperative that you'll be able to read a plan, provide comments, and challenge assumptions when needed. You will have high emotional intelligence, excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills, and strong communication abilities. You'll bring an attitude of innovation and improvement to your work. It's essential that you have some demonstrated experience as a project manager and are proficient in the Microsoft Office suite. It would be highly desirable if you have some knowledge and/or experience in Construction Standards (NZS 39xx), project management tools such as Aconex, Procore, or similar, and SAP.
