Project Manager

Project Manager required for a construction company based in Wellington who deliver a range of residential, commercial & development projects. The Project Manager's primary role is to ensure the project is delivered on time to meet their customers' requirements while focusing also on the profitability, construction standards and health and safety of the project. Project Management Position: On site construction, control of sub-trades, construction will be measured on speed, quality and building to the issued purchase orders against a robust budgeting system Coordinating and ensuring all aspects of onsite Health and Safety systems and procedures are maintained to the highest levels Formulate, and review existing timelines as required for varying projects on MS project or similar Maintain an open, friendly and communicative style of management with the project client, suppliers and contractors.
