We believe our team is the cornerstone of this ambition.If you're eager to be a part of this journey, this role could be the perfect fit for you.About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Southern Lakes team based in Wanaka.You will be a strong leader for the Cook Brothers team and trade partners, whilst working alongside the Quantity Surveyor & Site Manager on Commercial build projects. You will be driven to succeed personally and drive the success of those around you.Duties:Strategically planning and effectively managing all aspects of the construction projectLiaising with clients and stakeholders while maintaining a high service qualityDevelopment of construction programmeDriving Health & Safety in all aspects of the projectLeading cost control and budget reportingMeeting Key Performance Objectives of the projectFocus on quality and sustainabilityConstruction methodology and adherence to policies, procedures, relevant codes and acts for self and the teamLeadership of Site Manager and build team. Ability to work effectively alongside QSSkills and Experience:Must have at least 5 years NZ/AUS project management experienceAt least 7+ years construction experienceCommercial build experienceExcellent communication skills and ability to navigate tough conversationsLeadership of Health and SafetyFinance and budgeting skillsFamiliarity with using project management softwareWe are an Equal Opportunities Employer & Diversity Works Member.
