Job Type: Full time LH Management is a locally owned and newly developed business and project management company based in New Plymouth, servicing the Taranaki, Eastern Bay of Plenty, Manawatu & Hawkes Bay regions.
LH Management was formed 2 years after we started DK Roofing and currently acts as their project manager, achieving seamless collaboration and team efficiency.
Our high calibre team of skilled experts draws from their extensive wealth of knowledge and combined 170 years of experience to develop tailored strategies for business success, offer a business consultancy service, and deliver exceptional project management services for all scale residential and commercial construction projects.
LH Management, DK Roofing, and our expanding services will continue to grow, change, and eventually amalgamate into a well-structured one-stop construction management company.

Qualifications & Experience A bachelor's degree in business, strategy, project management, or related field.
5+ years of relevant experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
A master communicator with the ability to speak and actively listen to communicate adequately with teams, clients, and stakeholders.
Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate others, and cultivate a collaborative environment.
Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to balance multiple tasks and priorities to skilfully map out schedules, allocate resources, and monitor project timelines.
An excellent entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think about a project beyond the basic skill set needed to manage it.
Ability to keep knowledge and information flowing seamlessly with the technical know-how and first-hand knowledge of the tasks assigned to others to keep the project moving forward.
Ability to resolve conflicts and negotiate.
Adaptability skills to respond to project shifts and unforeseen challenges with flexibility.
Problem-solving skills to approach issues decisively and use critical thinking to analyse problems, devise solutions, and apply them effectively.
Tasks & Responsibilities Project planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing, including defining the project's scope, goals, and objectives, and developing detailed plans outlining tasks, resources, timelines, and deliverables.
Team coordination - assign tasks, promote collaboration, resolve conflicts, and lead effective team meetings.
Risk management - identify potential risks, analyse their possible impact, and develop mitigation strategies.
Budget oversight - estimate costs, establish budgets, track spending, and adjust as necessary to keep projects within financial boundaries while achieving fiscal efficiency.
Effective communication - maintain open and transparent communication with clients and stakeholders, provide updates, respond to enquiries, and use feedback to adapt project scope to meet or exceed client expectations.
Maintaining quality standards - implement quality control processes to ensure deliverables meet agreed-upon standards and satisfy client requirements.
